Spa Policies

Reservations:

All spa bookings are made at the Lakeside Spa reception desk at 519-238-2324 ext. 334. We highly recommend that you make reservations at least two weeks in advanced and two months in advanced for group reservations.

 

Lakeside Spa will welcome persons 16 years and older. Any guests under 16 years old will require adult supervision to receive treatments, and the minimum age for spa guests is 10 years old.

 

Cancellation Policy:

A credit card number is required for services $50.00 or more. Please provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Should cancellation occur less than 24 hours prior to an appointment, the full amount of the treatment or treatments remain due. No shows will also be charged in full.

 

Groups of 6 or more must provide 14 days notice of cancellation, or the group will be subject to payment.  Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next guest.

 

Preparing for your Spa Experience:

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to prepare yourself for your spa treatment.

 

Upon arrival you will be given a Spa robe, slippers, towels, and a locker and key for your use during your visit to the Lakeside Spa.

 

You will be required to fill out a short health history profile. This will make our service providers aware of any medical concerns so that appropriate considerations can be made during your treatments.

 

To remain a quiet zone, cell phone and pagers must be turned off before entering the spa.

 

All our team members are trained and certified professionals to provide you with the treatment you deserve. If there is anything that we can do to make your visit more comfortable please let us know e.g. bed temperature, music volume, or massage pressure etc.

You will be fully draped during all treatments except for the areas that are being treated.

 

Gratuities are gratefully received and left at your discretion.

Lakeside Spa is not responsible for any valuables. Please leave all valuables in your guest room or at home.

without notice.

 

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are a wonderful gift to give. We can make them out for a specific treatment or in any monetary denomination you desire. Place your order by phone, fax or in person.
