Guest Services and Important Information:

  • If you are planning to dine or golf with us or enjoy any of our Spa services,
    advance reservations are required
  • Package rates quoted are per adult, per night based on double occupancy, plus 10% service charge and applicable taxes, and subject to change without notice. All rates are in Canadian dollars
  • Deposit Policies – a $100 deposit per room will be charged to your credit card at time of booking
    Payment by cheque may be arranged, however, all reservations must have a credit card guarantee
  • Cancellation Policy – If the date of cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, no penalty will apply. If the date of cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the $100 deposit will be kept by Oakwood as a penalty
  • Substitutions and Liability – the resort reserves the right without liability to provide guest (for all or any portion of the terms of their reservation) with alternative hotel accommodations of equal or superior quality to those reserved
  • Oakwood Resort Guest Services Staff will work hard to ensure that your special requests are met, however, particular lodges, views or room number assignments are not guaranteed
  • A minimum two night stay is required to stay over a Saturday night. A minimum three night stay is required on long (three day) weekends. Special rates may apply to long and event weekends
  • We regret that we do not accept pets
  • Supervised children's activities are available at selected times of year for a nominal fee
  • Cribs are available at no additional charge, subject to availability. Babysitting services may be arranged with at least 7 days notice
  • Check-in 3:00 PM/ Check-out 11:00 AM
